Delivery

The Paws Store uses Australia Post as its preferred shipper. Other shippers can be used by request.

For delivery within Victoria, please allow 3-5 working days. For interstate shipments, please allow 5-7 working days. International shipments will depend on the destination country.

Delivery within Australia is charged at $8 for the first item and $12 in total if two or more items are ordered at the same time.

For international deliveries, upon placement of an order, we will send you an email within 24 hours, advising you of the shipping costs.

Security measures

The Paws Store uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption.

Encryption scrambles the information transmitted across the internet. When you enter the secure areas of our website, you will see a padlock symbol.

Payments can be made both online and offline. Online we accept the following credit cards – Mastercard, Bankcard and Visa.

Offline we are able to accept other payment methods as well as credit cards - cheques, money orders and electronic transfers.
