We understand sometimes- items are the wrong size or colour- that's fashion!

You can return an item under the following conditions and we will be pleased to offer a replacement item, goods of equal value or credit.

  • You must however contact us first at info@thepawsstore.com.au to let us know the problem, so we can ensure measures are in place so that it doesn’t happen again.
  • Before returning a product please send us an email within 30 days from delivery of the product to advise us you wish to return the goods.
  • Return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • In the event of an item being faulty or broken ( and it has been used to the manufacturer's specifications ),the following applies
    • Item may be returned to manufacturer for repair (at the manufacturer's cost)
    • If an exchange if not available or desired, the customer will be given the option of a credit in store or full refund.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping costs back to you if the product was faulty.
