return an item under the following conditions and we will be pleased to offer
a replacement item, goods of equal value or credit.

You must however contact us first at info@thepawsstore.com.au to let us know the problem, so we can ensure measures are in place so that it doesn’t happen again.

Before returning a product please send us an email within 30 days from delivery of the product to advise us you wish to return the goods.

Return the item within 30 days of purchase

In the event of an item being faulty or broken ( and it has been used to the manufacturer's specifications ),the following applies

Item may be returned to manufacturer for repair (at the manufacturer's cost)

If an exchange if not available or desired, the customer will be given the option of a credit in store or full refund.
You are
responsible for paying for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping costs back to you
if the product was faulty.
